Refund policy

We want you to love every piece from Apollo Fashions Urbanwear. If something is not quite right, we have made our return and refund process as simple as possible.

Important: All returns and exchanges must be initiated and processed through our online channels only. 

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and undamaged — no signs of wear, washing, alteration, or odor.
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels included and intact.
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments and base-layer items — once the seal has been broken or the item has been worn, these items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items with tags removed or not attached.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Items returned after the 30-day delivery window.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).
  • Footwear that has been worn outdoors — leather loafers and other shoes with visible sole wear, scuffs, or signs of use cannot be returned.

3. How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@apollofashionsurbanwear.com or call +1 (281) 561-6649 with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
  • Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the item using the prepaid label provided.

Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is 100% free for all returns, regardless of the reason. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your clothing or accessories arrive damaged, defective, or are not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@apollofashionsurbanwear.com.
  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  • We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Please keep all original packaging and materials until the issue is resolved.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or product, please contact us at info@apollofashionsurbanwear.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process.

Please note that custom-made items produced to your specifications cannot be exchanged.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of refund approval within 2–3 business days.
  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  • Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

8. Partial Returns

If you return some items from an order containing multiple items, the refund amount will be limited to the value of the returned items only and will not include other items from the original order. Items from the original order that are not returned will not be eligible for a refund.

9. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed.
  • Contact us at info@apollofashionsurbanwear.com or +1 (281) 561-6649 to request a cancellation.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow our return process.
  • If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
